Introduction to Software Engineering is the starting point for a budding developer. Students will learn the basics of computational thinking and the foundations of programming using the Ruby development language. Topics include object-oriented programming, front-end development using HTML and CSS, and web integration with the Sinatra Framework. By the end of the class, students will be able to build their own functional web applications.
